Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders end-to-end, including bid team allocation, scheduling, and ensuring on-time, high-standard submissions with safety and quality focus.
  • •Prepare and manage tender queries and clarifications, delivering accurate, compliant responses within client deadlines.
  • •Support bid governance and opportunity management by tracking, forecasting, and reporting progress alongside the Framework Manager and bid teams.
  • •Maintain framework reporting and controls, including Tender Commitment reporting, supplier/client engagement support, budget tracking, and framework documentation updates.
  • •Support mobilisation and project team set-up guidance to ensure compliant framework processes and on-time delivery of tender commitments, escalating risks where required.

  • •Knowledge of NH/Highways industry.
