Job Summary

Support executive effectiveness for the GVP of Americas and GVP of International while partnering with Revenue leadership to drive operational excellence. Manage complex calendars, prepare leaders for key meetings, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle sensitive communications. Also serve as the primary onsite office manager for the NYC office—keeping it client- and executive-ready, coordinating vendors and workplace logistics, and supporting board and customer events.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the GVP Americas and GVP International to manage calendars, competing priorities, and executive time.
•Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, logistics, and prepare leaders for QBRs, customer engagements, and internal business reviews.
•Manage stakeholder communications and drive timely follow-up on critical action items.
•Support Revenue programs and events (including QBRs, kickoff, club, sales bootcamps, leadership meetings, offsites, and customer events) to improve consistency and operational excellence.
•Serve as the primary onsite NYC office point of contact: ensure the office is client-ready, manage vendor/building relationships, handle supplies and workplace logistics, and support board meetings and executive/customer visits.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner.
•Experience supporting multiple senior leaders at the same time.
•Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong organization and attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
•Experience coordinating events, meetings, and executive travel, plus be NYC-based for regular in-person support.
