Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage strategic alliances with partners and oversee long-term impact on corporate performance and valuation.
  • •Contribute to the implementation and execution of governance, operational, and communication frameworks for new alliances, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners.
  • •Oversee the co-creation and tracking of joint research, development and data-sharing plans, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and strategic goals.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing alliance governance including Joint Steering Committees and executive reviews.
  • •Partner with Business Development during negotiation and contracting phases, providing input on alliance terms and due diligence to ensure feasibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven Alliance Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry with direct responsibility for managing complex collaborations (e.g., research, development, data partnerships).
  • •Contractual acumen: deep understanding of the legal and business terms of collaboration agreements and ability to interpret and manage obligations.
  • •Drug discovery and development knowledge across end-to-end processes from target identification to clinical trials.
  • •Exceptional influence and communication: ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally, without formal authority.
