Job Summary

Join TikTok LIVE Operations to support regional content safety and top-spender customer service operations. You’ll own recurring updates and analysis for key content safety metrics, help consolidate and interpret critical cases, and maintain a Q&A knowledge base with vendor coordination to improve response timeliness. You’ll also draft top-spender campaign copy and support cross-functional execution, while organizing diagnostics data and producing weekly attribution reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Own recurring updates, analysis, and root-cause identification for key regional content safety metrics; consolidate and interpret critical cases.
•Support top spender customer service operations, including daily inquiries, building/maintaining a Q&A knowledge base and intelligence repository, and coordinating with TPA vendors for response timeliness.
•Draft promotional and communication copy for top spender-facing campaigns and coordinate across Global, regional, and creator-led campaign rhythms.
•Organize daily data for top spender diagnostic and root-cause analysis.
•Produce weekly attribution reports and provide ongoing information syncs to regional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or above.
•Strong interest in the livestreaming industry, content ecosystem, and platform safety governance.
•Able to commit 3-4 working days per week with a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
•Prior experience in livestreaming, guild/MCN operations, creator ecosystems, or data analysis is preferred.
•Previous internship/work experience in internet, e-commerce, or technology companies is preferred; sales or marketing backgrounds are a plus.
