Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the end-to-end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities (driving forklift).
  • •Coordinate with the Logistics team for outbound shipment schedules and dispatch.
  • •Generate and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs/export documents.
  • •Manage customs clearance for outgoing bonded materials and ensure data is updated in PWC.
  • •Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, enforce warehouse safety protocols, and supervise/train third-party personnel to meet daily output targets and service level agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
  • •Working experience in an ERP system—SAP WM module.
  • •UAE licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator.
  • •Light vehicle driver license (preferred).
  • •Higher Secondary Education.
