Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll customers to set up and transition their payroll requirements to Remote’s Payroll products and services.
  • •Analyze customer payroll needs and recommend appropriate setup approaches.
  • •Direct and manage new-customer implementations, including collecting payroll data, configuring Remote’s Global Payroll system per legal entity, and coordinating payroll runs and wage-based tax reconciliation.
  • •Verify payroll and tax setup complies with statutory regulations, coordinate go-live, and hand off accurate payrolls to Payroll Operations.
  • •Provide customer support and training, maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and support process documentation and UAT testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of global payroll implementation experience, including statutory tax regulations and payroll processing knowledge.
  • •Several years of global payroll technical implementation set-up experience using local payroll software.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end global payroll and HR processes, plus payroll operations and statutory requirements.
  • •Experience with accounting reconciliations and accurate data management with strong attention to detail.
  • •Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders, with analytical problem-solving and customer-care mindset.
