Manage CMBS (including conduit and SASB) loan pre-screening, structuring, and pricing to ensure opportunities are competitively structured and accurately priced. Lead rating agency analysis, including cash flow and credit enhancement modeling using proprietary tools, and perform breakeven analysis aligned to current market spreads and investor demand. Partner with production management, CMBS Pricing Desk, and KeyBanc Capital Markets to deliver market intelligence, advisory support to bankers and clients, and ongoing monitoring of market trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Screen new CMBS loan opportunities for market acceptability, structural integrity, and alignment with risk parameters and securitization guidelines.
•Perform rating agency analysis and build rating agency cash flows and credit enhancement stacks using proprietary agency pricing tools.
•Price loan exposures with the CMBS Pricing Desk, including breakeven analysis using current market spreads and securitization economics.
•Review and structure SASB opportunities using multiple rating agency capital structures and analyze fixed- vs. floating-rate best execution.
•Collaborate with KeyBanc Capital Markets and internal teams to assign credit spreads, produce weekly breakeven analysis, monitor market trends, and provide advisory support to bankers and clients.

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
•Ten or more years’ experience in CMBS, debt capital markets, or structured finance at a major bank, rating agency, or financial institution.
•Demonstrated expertise in rating agency methodologies and credit enhancement analysis.
•Prior experience in deal screening, loan pricing, or capital markets advisory is strongly preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe products.
