Job Summary

Promote Julphar’s women’s health products to healthcare providers, KOLs, and key stakeholders in an assigned territory. Drive sales performance by meeting targets, managing a defined customer territory, implementing sales and marketing plans, and planning call/visit coverage. Build and maintain customer relationships, support prospecting for new opportunities, ensure proper CRM strategy execution, and deliver required daily/monthly reporting and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
•Develop and manage the assigned sales territory across customers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
•Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan and territory coverage (sales calls and visit frequency).
•Maintain customer relationships, identify and evaluate new customers, and ensure proper implementation of Julphar CRM strategy.
•Maintain records and submit daily/monthly reports, customer profiles, marketing feedback, and market intelligence.

Key Requirements

•4+ years bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science is mandatory.
•MBA is highly advantageous.
•Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
•Strong knowledge of distributor/agent operations, government accounts, tendering processes, and contracting/pricing methods.
•Knowledge of clinical aspects of pharma and drug supply/distribution channels.
