Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for roads, highways, transportation, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
  • •Manage model integration and federated model coordination across Civil, Utilities, Structures, and Transport disciplines.
  • •Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks, resolving design conflicts in a timely manner.
  • •Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client requirements, and ISO 19650 standards.
  • •Maintain model quality (data consistency and naming conventions) and support coordination meetings, reporting, and BIM workflow improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •5-8 years of BIM coordination experience across transportation, roads, highways, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience working with engineering consultancies on UAE or GCC design projects.
  • •Strong proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM 360.
  • •Consultant-side infrastructure BIM experience is mandatory; building/MEP/contractor-side BIM experience will not be considered.
