Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a crew and provide slickline services at the well site under general supervision.
  • •Review job design and confirm job packet equipment and processes are complete, correct, and ready.
  • •Ensure unit, WPCE, and downhole tools are properly prepared and maintained, and perform emergency onsite maintenance as needed.
  • •Conduct HSE activities at the well site, including site assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings, PPE use, and post-job paperwork.
  • •Train operators and assistants, recognize sales opportunities for additional HES products/services, and participate in post-job review and quality improvement.
