Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with service leaders/project managers and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installations and repairs.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and diagnose, repair, and start up chiller products and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Use blueprints/engineering specifications and cutting-edge software plus hand tools to troubleshoot and repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays, and support high-stress situations to eliminate downtime.
  • •Enforce safety standards, document procedures and service activity, and coach less experienced technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •5+ years of HVAC experience with strong system-level knowledge.
  • •Proven experience commissioning, start-up, and verifying both air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including post-start checks and repairs.
  • •EPA Certification required.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
