Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform field inspections to verify conformance with construction plans, specifications, contract documents, and codified requirements.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze site and technical data using drawings, schematics, survey/technical materials, and reports.
  • •Use survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to evaluate site conditions, equipment, materials, layout, alignment, and elevation.
  • •Verify load calculations and resolve differences in interpretation of contract plans and specifications, including change orders.
