  • •Deliver exceptional external experiences through precise logistics, thoughtful communication, and calm recovery when plans change.
  • •Maintain access to important relationships by creating alternative outreach paths and following up with judgment.
  • •Coordinate founders’ associates, internal partners, and external vendors through daily priority summaries and weekly relationship reviews.
  • •Help establish preparation standards and retrospectives to reduce CEO escalation over time.
