•Own and deliver the annual revenue mandate for large enterprise clients across assigned verticals.
•Establish and institutionalize long-term joint business plans (JBPs) with C-level executives and marketing heads.
•Drive multi-publisher monetization across PhonePe Consumer Payments App, Indus Appstore, and external publishers.
•Define GTM strategy, including value proposition, ad product positioning, and pricing for large enterprise clients.
•Recruit, mentor, and retain a team of Sales/Client Partners and Account Managers while fostering a data-driven sales culture focused on client ROI.

Key Requirements

•12–16+ years of total experience, including 6–8 years of core digital ad sales experience in large industries.
•Proven track record managing large revenue portfolios (PnLs) and delivering consistent YoY growth.
•Demonstrated experience setting up ad monetization for a new publisher or launching a new business vertical/product line (0-to-1).
•Deep understanding of the Indian digital marketing ecosystem, including programmatic buying, data-driven targeting, attribution modeling, and app ecosystem dynamics.
•Existing strong relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and media agency leadership (e.g., GroupM, Publicis, IPG).
