Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor actual costs vs. budget to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities across month-end, forecast, and profit plan.
  • •Perform expense forecasting for Manufacturing & Support and prepare commentary packages with proper P&L analysis.
  • •Support month-end closing by analyzing P&L expenses, ensuring proper recording, and explaining variances vs. forecast and profit plan.
  • •Maintain timely expense Power BI reporting with forecasts, actuals, and open POs, managing due dates and reporting needs.
  • •Execute continuous improvement activities using Eaton Business System processes (e.g., ELSS, CIF, PRO-Launch, EQS), including VSM/TVSM to find and prioritize CI project opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • •4 years of experience in finance with operational finance and cost management
  • •Capable with ERP systems and data mining; experience with Oracle, Encore, DFT, and Power BI (basic) plus other MS Office apps
  • •Knowledge of fixed assets and inventory control, including accounting, forecasting, cost control, purchasing procedures, and month-end closing
  • •Bilingual Spanish/English and strong skills in account reconciliation, cost analysis, reporting, and project management
