Job Summary

Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) regression testing and release management for planned releases, enhancements, fixes, and projects across Supply Chain applications. Build regression test plans and strategies from release impact assessments, create and maintain test scenarios/cases, and manage test data and execution cycles in TestRail and other tools. Coordinate cross-functional testing, defect triage, release readiness/go-live reviews, and post-production Move-to-Production validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive end-to-end OTC regression testing and release management for planned releases, enhancements, fixes, and projects.
•Review release scope, technical changes, business requirements, and solution designs with development teams and functional stakeholders.
•Develop regression test plans and testing strategies based on impact assessments and business process criticality.
•Create and maintain regression test scenarios and test cases for end-to-end OTC processes and integrations, including test data setup in test environments.
•Coordinate execution across multiple applications and teams, manage defect tracking/triage, and ensure release readiness through go-live and post-production validation.

Key Requirements

•Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and related Supply Chain business operations.
•Hands-on experience in Regression Testing, UAT, Release Management, and Production Deployment support.
•Proven experience developing regression test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data strategies.
•Strong working knowledge of TestRail, JIRA, SAP, OIS, OSS, EClaims, 3W and other critical Supply Chain applications.
•Ability to understand technical solution designs and translate them into effective testing strategies.
