Job Summary

Lead AECOM’s time, labor, and payroll technology function, overseeing enterprise systems, reports, and interfaces end to end—from planning and implementation through support and continuous improvement. Partner with global business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, deliver practical scalable solutions, and drive AI/automation evaluations and governance. Manage direct reports and vendor resources, ensure SLA-driven operational support, and provide metrics and dashboards for Tier-1 systems.

•Serve as technology lead for time, labor, and payroll enterprise applications and functions.
•Shape and maintain the technology roadmap and deliver end-to-end enhancements, implementations, and projects.
•Lead identification, evaluation, prioritization, and delivery of AI and automation initiatives with governance, privacy, security, and readiness.
•Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across time, labor, payroll processes and related systems.
•Lead operational support (incidents, service requests, stakeholder updates) and continuous improvement with SLA measurement and dashboards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,000 annually

•Experience supporting Oracle Time and Labor.
•Experience designing and documenting business process workflows, requirements, functional design documents, and test cases.
