Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a working knowledge of production schedules and follow schedule instructions.
  • •Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
  • •Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for fill weight, seal quality, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.
  • •Visually inspect products and ingredients; stop production and report serious deviations or equipment malfunctions.
  • •Maintain housekeeping standards and assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities.
