Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide complex accounting and financial reporting support to clients; lead and guide clients through complex accounting issues and apply GAAP/SEC guidance.
  • •Optimize financial reporting processes and service delivery; design external reporting-focused packages and support audits.
  • •Oversee interim management and leadership in corporate financial reporting functions; manage periodic close and stakeholder collaboration.
  • •Lead strategies to improve financial reporting goals and internal controls around the close process.
  • •Leverage prior Big Firm public accounting and client-facing advisory experience to deliver high-impact accounting solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university, ideally with a major or concentration in accounting.
  • •CPA, or relevant qualification such as Chartered Accountant, or equivalent technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
  • •6+ years of experience related to financial reporting, financial statement auditing, and/or technical accounting.
  • •Ability to identify and implement improved processes and internal controls around financial close and related accounting processes.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel extensively up to 80% for client engagements.
