  • •Establish and monitor production using metrics/budgets, initiate corrective actions, and control project schedules and timelines.
  • •Plan and optimize resource utilization and plant capacity to meet customer demand with on-time delivery.
  • •Lead manufacturing workflows and equipment build progress, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring adherence to work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
  • •Manage supply chain and procurement coordination, including supplier performance, inventory and safety stock policies, and resolution of material shortages.
