  • •Establishes and monitors production using metrics/budgets, initiates corrective action, and manages project schedules and timelines.
  • •Directs, guides, monitors, and evaluates personnel to accomplish production and supply chain goals consistent with operational, 5S, and safety procedures.
  • •Leads continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to refine production methods, reduce cycle time, and improve quality and cost-effectiveness.
