Job Summary

Join the Warehouse IT team as the first point of contact for internal and external users. Provide first- and second-level support for Windows and Linux systems, troubleshoot issues on desktops, printers, and mobile devices, and support the team in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure such as TCP/IP, routers, and Wi‑Fi. Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related questions for internal and external customers.
•Provide first- and second-level support for Windows and Linux systems.
•Troubleshoot IT issues for workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
•Monitor and support IT infrastructure including hardware, TCP/IP, routers, and Wi‑Fi using available tools.
•Help continuously improve and accelerate the order process by resolving day-to-day IT needs.
