Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR advisory services as part of the HR Connect team, partnering with HR Business Partners to resolve HR challenges for employees and leaders.
  • •Interpret and advise on industrial instruments and support position management processes (position creation and reclassification).
  • •Assist with change management processes and complete permanency reviews.
  • •Advise and execute simple policies, fitness-for-work processes, grievance resolution, and performance management processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with standards and Key Performance Indicators and support organisation-wide projects for a ~2,500-employee portfolio.
