Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Participates in a data science team to investigate, design, develop, and implement data science projects to generate insights, products, and intellectual property.
•Collects, analyzes, and visualizes data to support assigned projects and inform decision-making.
•Collaborates with internal and external partners to perform experiments and validations per overall plan.
•Communicates findings and prepares literature/presentations for peer review and industry events.
•Develops algorithms and mathematical models to translate data into actionable intelligence and supports data-driven applications.

Key Requirements

•Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline; commensurate experience accepted.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or related field.
•Programming language/s certification in SQL, Python, or similar.
•Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
•Strong data modeling, data quality, and data management skills.
