Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead 2nd shift Facilities Operations & Custodial teams and understand/model EHS rules and requirements.
  • •Coach team members on performance discussions, success plans, and corrective actions.
  • •Manage and drive closure of a comprehensive preventative maintenance program ensuring compliance.
  • •Coordinate scheduling and small jobs across trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC) and work with the customer for timeliness and satisfaction.
  • •Order materials/tools/equipment within the Facilities & Services budget, inspect cleaning standards with custodial leads, and resolve employee relations issues while communicating corporate/site policies.

Key Requirements
