Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead project IM strategy aligned to client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
  • •Define IM requirements, governance, roles, and accountabilities across project delivery, contractors, and asset owners; ensure ownership of documents, data, and systems.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of project document control and data management, including fitness for purpose of systems, processes, and controls.
  • •Ensure integration of project information with technical delivery and handover needs, covering engineering design, vendor data, construction records, HSSEQ, materials/equipment, GIS, and operational data.
  • •Guide selection and adoption of digital platforms supporting project IM, ensuring alignment across the project lifecycle and supporting implementation adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing project IM on major oil & gas, energy or pipeline projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project document and data management across the full project lifecycle, including handover to asset operations.
  • •Experience working with and overseeing document control and IM functions in complex, multi-contractor environments.
  • •Sound understanding of digital tools supporting project document management and collaboration, including SharePoint, Procore, Aconex or similar tools.
  • •Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience, with strong analytical and written communication for clear requirements and documentation.
