Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft risk profiles and identify, assess and monitor risks of BEFM-managed funds
  • •Perform deal risk reviews before transactions and assess alignment with fund risk profiles and investment strategy
  • •Monitor compliance with investment restrictions and guidelines
  • •Prepare and provide risk data for regulatory reporting (e.g., AIFMD Annex IV)
  • •Support governance and reporting to senior management by updating policies and preparing materials for stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial engineering, or a related discipline
  • •1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial services (e.g., UCITS Management Company, AIFM, or Risk Advisory)
  • •Strong understanding of risk management techniques (e.g., Value-at-Risk, stress testing, liquidity modeling, counterparty risk)
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with VBA and SQL; experience with Anaplan, Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
