Associate Director, Cost Management - Infrastructure

Lead delivery of cost management services for infrastructure construction projects, from initiation to completion. Own strategic planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and cost reporting while ensuring client objectives, quality standards, and budget targets are met. Manage and develop cost management teams, set cost benchmarks and controls, oversee estimating and cost plans, and act as Commission Manager for complex commissions. Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.
