Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business processes into structured artefacts (AS-IS/TO-BE models, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria) aligned with Allianz standards.
  • •Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness for agile delivery; support discovery and requirement review workshops.
  • •Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements through design, development, testing, and release to support audit and compliance needs.
  • •Prepare and support system and user acceptance testing by providing test scenarios, clarifying requirements, and assisting stakeholders during validation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in business analysis roles, ideally within insurance transformation and complex delivery environments.
  • •Hands-on requirements engineering experience in agile delivery, including user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end traceability.
  • •Strong knowledge of core insurance domains and end-to-end customer journeys (e.g., underwriting, claims, pricing, payments).
  • •Practical exposure to BMP and related platforms/assets (e.g., APL, ABS, Guidewire, APIs, integrations) or equivalent insurance solutions.
  • •Professional proficiency in Spanish (C1 level) and strong stakeholder communication/facilitation across business, operations, and IT.
