Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain pricing master data, including price creation, updates, and annual adjustments across CN ERP systems (UFIDA, QAD, SAP).
  • •Ensure pricing DOA compliance and proper documentation, including maintenance of pricing guidelines and supporting documents.
  • •Consolidate and upload forecast data and provide bi-weekly analysis and reporting through Power BI.
  • •Deliver bi-weekly CS reports covering open orders, shipments, past due, pricing, and common parts analysis to China commercial and operations teams.
  • •Manage special-order operations for free-of-charge samples and maintain special orders related to scrap and production materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, sales support, or related roles.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; ERP knowledge (SAP, QAD, UFIDA) is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills in Mandarin and good written English.
  • •Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
