Partnership Director to drive Insider One’s growth in the DACH region by forming and managing commercial relationships with partners (agencies, consultancies, ISVs), leading cross‑functional GTM programs, and enabling partner onboarding and transactions to accelerate mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to execute go‑to‑market programs, drive partner selection and enablement, and grow channel business in the region.
•Manage and expand the Insider One Partner Network, negotiating terms and presenting the Insider One Partner Program to partners.
•Develop success plans to drive agency‑wide adoption and expansion among partners’ clients.
•Build and manage partner pipelines, set targets with channel partners, and create plans to achieve them.
•Create high‑quality, customer‑facing content (presentations, datasheets) and maintain strong project management to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Requirements

•BS/BA degree required
•10+ years of experience in partner sales and business development
•Experience with the B2B SaaS business model
•Experience working for a SaaS company (MarTech preferred) and managing relationships with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators
•Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with channel partners (agencies and ISVs)
