•Collaborate with students' assigned coaches/preceptors; discuss progress and concerns; provide final review/approval for student clinical time.
•Use technology-based teaching and communication platforms to aid students in developing competencies; submit electronic clinical student evaluations after clinical intensives.
•Maintain knowledge of relevant state regulations; conduct both in-person and remote methods of student evaluation; adapt to changing requirements and short deadlines.
•Provide proactive support, outreach to assigned students, and refer students for remediation as needed; promote a positive, student-focused atmosphere within the university community.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 37.64 - 56.49 hourly

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in nursing and active RN license in designated state
•Minimum of two years nursing experience
•Unencumbered RN license; active, unencumbered license
•Experience with or ability to work in distance education/distance learning environments
•On-site role in Elko, NV with flexible day/evening, weekday/weekend shift hours as needed
