Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze business and operational performance against established KPIs, targets, budgets, and strategic objectives.
  • •Develop performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations to provide clear visibility of business performance.
  • •Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple business and operational sources; perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, root causes, and performance drivers.
  • •Translate complex data into clear, concise, actionable business insights; perform variance analysis and investigate deviations from planned or expected performance.
  • •Support KPI governance and reporting processes, including data quality checks, documentation, automation/standardization opportunities, and executive-level reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university is required.
  • •7 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • •Proven experience in supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, and business intelligence within a corporate environment.
  • •Relevant certifications in supply chain management, data analytics, or business intelligence are preferred.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
