Job Summary

Store Manager Galway leads the in-store team to achieve and exceed KPIs through exceptional customer service and selling excellence. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve targets and exceed KPIs while upholding exceptional Pandora customer service.
•Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
•Receive thorough product training to become a Pandora product expert and partner with the regional sales manager to develop the team and succession planning.
•Act as the store’s ambassador, supporting the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales staff to deliver a memorable in-store experience.
•Apply Pandora’s core values (dreaming, daring, caring and delivering) to drive sales, profitability, and high standards of presentation and customer engagement.
