Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
  • •Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements and standards.
  • •Ensure all measurements comply with recognised measurement standards and methodologies.
  • •Drafting and issuing RFIs.
  • •Carrying out design reviews to assist in the formulation of provisional sums

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or measurement roles.
  • •Strong experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation in both 2D and 3D.
  • •Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Revit, or similar) is essential.
  • •Familiarity with BOQ descriptions in NRM 1 and POMI.
