Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in tracking export control classification for items handled by the business line.
  • •Contribute to the documentation base for the company’s semestrial report on controlled exports.
  • •Prepare export license requests.
  • •Prepare summaries of evidence collection status needed to authorize controlled exports during internal validation milestone cycles.
  • •Participate in managing and archiving compliance data (physical and IT), and support checks and release of certain flows via the ERP.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a BAC+5 specialization in Trade Compliance or Law, and seeking an internship starting January 2027.
  • •Knowledge of national and international regulations related to military equipment or dual-use goods.
  • •Proficiency in Excel.
  • •Ideally, a first successful professional experience in a company or the public sector.
  • •Strong rigor in task execution and building clear analyses, with good interpersonal skills.
