  • •Complete New Associate Orientation Training – Operations and meet performance and workstation certification standards.
  • •Perform standardized cosmetic repair processes (including PDR and wheel refinishing) with consistent quality.
  • •Strong attention to detail for interpreting data and maintaining accurate records.
  • •Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
  • •Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts.
