Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a unit day to day and support the home’s quality of personal care
  • •Support clinical duties with the nurse, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records
  • •Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, including responsible shift handovers
  • •Help train and supervise new staff so they feel welcomed and supported
  • •Assist residents with personal care and build relationships with residents, families, and external teams (GPs and District Nurses)
