Field Service Manager

Lead and manage a Field Service Engineering team for Honeywell’s Process Solutions organization. Drive market penetration through customer engagement, team deployment, and sales growth. Own and improve performance and financial metrics, including P&L targets, while delivering continuous improvement. Mentor Field Service Engineers, set team expectations, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and identify additional revenue opportunities. Work a remote schedule with frequent travel in assigned geography.
