Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide managed service support for clients by proactively reviewing tickets, incidents, service requests, and alerts in cloud environments.
  • •Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and requests with medium complexity without breaching SLA.
  • •Administer and support Citrix environments, including Citrix PVS tasks for server maintenance, upgrades, and image maintenance/updates.
  • •Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix servers and related infrastructure components.
  • •Support configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance/monitoring/upgrading/troubleshooting while collaborating with other technical specialists and applying vendor/Epic best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Min 5 to 8 years of experience managing and maintaining Citrix systems (WEM, MCS, PVS, AppLayering, Cloud PaaS) and expertise on Citrix Cloud.
  • •Experience administering and supporting VMware Horizon View, VMware Horizon Cloud, Azure VDI, and Microsoft FSLogix.
  • •Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix servers, including administration on Citrix PVS for maintenance, upgrades, and image updates.
  • •Ability to make architectural and operational recommendations by applying updates to Citrix environments.
  • •Good technical depth on Microsoft operating systems and experience with Active Directory GPO-related tasks.
