Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously monitor secondary equipment for uptime, efficiency, and equipment safety.
  • •Resolve machine issues such as full bowls, closing machine restarts, grinder jams, color changes, and purge/nozzle leak problems.
  • •Perform beginner-level preventative maintenance tasks including repairing conveyors, clearing material jams, and cleaning filters.
  • •Conduct material changeovers (e.g., color changes and additives), supply materials to presses, and restart injection machines for mold-related troubleshooting.
  • •Maintain documentation and follow company policies including ISO/BRC standards, health and safety requirements, continuous improvement, and standard work procedures.

Key Requirements
