Key Responsibilities

  • •Support 24x7 SOC monitoring and incident response (IR), including investigating information system security violations and incidents.
  • •Monitor and analyze IDS and SIEM to identify security issues for remediation.
  • •Recognize suspicious/malicious intrusion attempts and compromises through reviews and analysis of event details.
  • •Assist with incident reports, prepare analysis methodology/results, and report as necessary to management.
  • •Assist with security audits and help identify vulnerabilities and ensure systems meet security/privacy and contractual requirements through vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a related IT discipline; experience may substitute for the degree.
