Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead quality-related problem-solving using structured methodologies and analytical tools.
  • •Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Monitor and analyze Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency KPIs.
  • •Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to reduce defects, rework, and process variation.
  • •Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives; present improvement results and recommendations to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • •0-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Production Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
  • •Fresh graduates are welcome with internship or project experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or problem solving.
  • •Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools including PDCA, 5 Why Analysis, and SPC.
  • •Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
