Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily order processing and manage the end-to-end sales order cycle, ensuring timely processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
  • •Handle RMA processes and submit insurance claims, while managing customer communications for order processing, contract renewals, and invoicing.
  • •Administer vendor portals and conduct compliance reviews of customers and orders in coordination with Audit and Compliance teams.
  • •Lead and supervise Operations teams across Jordan and Iraq; monitor shipment progress and ensure warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and monthly inventory audits.
  • •Select and manage logistics service providers, negotiate freight and transportation contracts, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with forwarding/clearing agents and customs authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or supply-chain management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries and drive operational efficiency, service quality, and process improvements.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor requirements, and regional regulations, including export compliance documentation.
