Key Responsibilities

  • •Support members through inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, to understand needs and document information accurately.
  • •Ask questions to assess members’ financial situations, life events, goals, and insurance needs, and provide basic life insurance education.
  • •Develop consultative sales skills by helping members understand available solutions and motivating them to take recommended action.
  • •Handle member objections and questions using effective communication and relationship-building techniques, and conduct follow-up outreach to complete acquisition.
  • •Follow risk management and compliance guidelines, participate in Y-Coding/business process learning with Business Process Owners, and attend training and pipeline classes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Planning, Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
  • •Expected graduation date after August 13, 2027 (between August 2027 and June 2028).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through coursework, extracurricular activities, work experience, or community engagement.
  • •Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
