Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements across a range of industries to develop and/or lead marketing strategies and campaigns leveraging technology and data.
•Own relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders, assess agendas and change readiness, and present actionable recommendations.
•Lead teams to develop effective marketing strategies, deliver client presentations, and mentor junior consultants.
•Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects and build intellectual capital.
•Provide on-the-job training and coaching to junior consultants while evolving solutions with innovation.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects across fields such as marketing content, digital campaigns, digital customer experience, digital marketing, end-to-end product launch, ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems, offline campaigns, media planning, and direct response marketing.
•Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple engagements with third parties.
•Experience managing key vendor and client relationships.
•Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership; ability to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals/scopes.
•Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment; ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language; eligibility to work in the country.
