Job Summary

Create technical drawings for engineering projects across SADAFCO locations, supporting the Project Manager with daily supervision activities. Prepare site measurements/data, compile inputs for architectural and structural design reviews, and produce rough and detailed scale plans. Develop as-built factory and office layout simulations using CAD for management review. Supervise and inspect technicians on construction/installation sites, ensure compliance with design specifications, and support Facilities/Security with technical drawings and layout simulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out engineering project tasks, creating technical drawings across SADAFCO locations.
•Visit project sites to collect required measurements/data for proposed projects.
•Assemble collected data to complete architectural and structural designs for Project Manager review.
•Draft rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on engineering inputs.
•Prepare as-built layouts and interior/factory arrangements using CAD, and supervise/inspect installation work to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Engineering is preferable.
•Specific diploma/certification for technical drawings is an advantage.
•5+ years as a Draftsman in a similar role in an FMCG organization.
•Fluent in English and Arabic; able to work in challenging and harsh environments.
