Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate pipeline and pump/terminal facilities as directed for products movement and delivery into temporary storage.
  • •Oversee assigned shift activities and serve as a liaison between field operations and scheduling, product accounting, engineering, and regional personnel.
  • •Monitor pipeline product quality hourly and maintain accurate meter tickets, bill of ladings, and required log sheets/records.
  • •Provide timely communication/notification to management about equipment abnormalities, failures, operating inconsistencies, errors, and product quality issues.
  • •Perform terminal operations such as starting/stopping pumps, monitoring loading rack operations, and completing general facility upkeep and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; technical training/college a plus.
  • •Basic office/administrative experience including handling phones, completing paperwork, and typing.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word); PowerPoint and Access a plus.
  • •Must pass and maintain applicable Operator Qualification requirements and progress through Operator 12 levels based on time and performance.
  • •Must pass physical/operational requirements, including ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and climb tanks safely; must maintain a valid State driver’s license and driving record.
