Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the technical direction for cloud, identity, and build/runtime security.
  • •Design and ship guardrails including workload identity, least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and production access.
  • •Harden the supply chain end-to-end from developer laptop to production deploy.
  • •Partner with Platform, SRE, and the Apps Platform team to make the secure path the easy path.
  • •Mentor engineers and raise the security bar by default, not by review.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in infrastructure or cloud security, including 3+ years at staff/principal level.
  • •Deep expertise in GCP, AWS, and Cloudflare security primitives such as IAM, network, KMS, workload identity, and edge security.
  • •Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, Wiz, GitHub Actions, and modern CI/CD with supply-chain security knowledge (SLSA, sigstore, SBOMs).
  • •Ability to write guardrails as code using Go, Python, or Rust.
  • •Experience reducing blast radius (secrets, lateral movement, production access) in a high-growth environment.
