Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver highways and road infrastructure designs in accordance with TMR standards and requirements
•Contribute to the planning, design and delivery of major Queensland transport projects
•Undertake geometric road design, corridor design, intersections and associated civil infrastructure
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Australia and New Zealand
•Mentor and support developing engineers within the team

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
•5–10 years' experience in roads and highways engineering
•Demonstrated experience delivering projects for Queensland TMR
•Strong understanding of TMR standards, design criteria and project delivery requirements
•Proficiency with 12d, Civil 3D or similar design software
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams
•RPEQ or eligibility to obtain RPEQ will be highly regarded
