Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end bid, RfP, and presentation projects, delivering high-quality, compliant submissions that demonstrate Aon’s value to clients.
  • •Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses, risks, insurance programmes, and priorities to support new and existing opportunities.
  • •Work with brokers, claims colleagues, risk consultants, and specialists to develop solutions for clients.
  • •Partner with senior stakeholders to create bid strategies, key messages, and client presentations.
  • •Manage multiple projects, ensure delivery to agreed timescales and quality standards, and lead post-bid reviews using approved AI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in commercial insurance, risk management, broking, or a similar role, including reviewing insurance programmes and coverage structures.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Strong attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
